This matrix prevents drift between public surfaces and legal posture.

Hard Rules

Membership language must always distinguish access rights from license rights.
Any copy introducing financial upside claims is blocked.
Any change to legal-critical copy requires review against this matrix.
First checkout totals must disclose line-item composition when membership activation is bundled.
